one piece 717 manga and raw scans. one piece manga 717 will be posted here when one piece chapter 717 is out! for the meantime, just read one piece 717 summaries and one piece 717 spoiler confirmed by ohana. Interesting point made there. That would be a great way to showcase his ability and growth with king's disposition haki. GOtta say, I love that Oda gave Chinjao that haki too. Everything else aside, this is really showing how the era is being created by those in the era and Luffy is definitely making waves in creating this era with both his actions before the war, in the war and now after the war.

one piece manga 717 |
Even bounty hunters are challenging pirates that miss their comrades to attack Impel Down since someone did it before and succeeded. Furthermore, the actions of Luffy is still dealing with the consequences of others actions from the previous era. This tournament is really leading up to the world interactions and how something done here will effect the world yet again, and Luffy is at the center of seeing just how much soo many countries are vying for power in the world.
Taking down DD is really going to shake the stability of the status quo in the world. Back to Chinjao, having a guy like that have king's disposition haki goes to support what Ray said to Luffy about people having to train their haki and it only gets stronger as the person grows stronger in will. The fact that Chinjao was defeated by Garp shows that even one with King's disposition haki can be defeated by one who does not have it. Again showing that Luffy has to get stronger to be the strongest (or as he says, the free"est" person on the sea). He can't rely on just having king's disposition haki. And it shows that anyone can have it even though it is rare. Which is why someone like Law doesn't have that haki, even though he is definitely one that is tough as a pirate and even more difficult if one was to try and take him out. Even why the admirals don't have king's disposition haki...so far we haven't been shown any marine that has that type of haki.
