his KB should also retain Senjutsu properties (same goes for Rasengan). This applies on all aspects, as Sage Mode boost each individual capabilities of the user (be it physical abilities or chakra based abilities or sensing based abilities).

Love the chapter! That last part actually made me giddy.
A few things:
1. Where the heck is Sarutobi?
2. It is possible that since the Kyuubi is split in "half" that there's a chance that he's having slow progress in molding chakra. and I think that's the reason why Kyuubi mode is incomplete as well.
3. As someone pointed out earlier, this is probably a preview of the roots of Senjutsu, possibly coming from the Sage of Six Paths himself. I wonder how the other Sage modes fit in to the equation though.
4. As I mentioned in the previous chapter, it seems that Kishi is leveling down Minato from the joke that is the thrice-called, but failed techinique of his to him being stepped down by his own pupil. And now that the other half of the Kyuubi is being introduced, looks like Minato can truly be at peace knowing that his son grew up well.
