Kishimoto only set up a massacre of the entire battlefield that looks awfully grim. YAWN. This chapter is really dull. Not to mention he made the boring other half of Kyuubi come into the story again. I wish we didn't have a chapter and were back to Juubi just standing around doing nothing like 15 chapters ago. Hiruzens skills with dealing with bijuu level opponents is very limited. As you just posted he needed an entire team to just push kurama out of the village while someone like hashirama could have done that by hisself. Even Minato and Tobirama could move kurama with their skills. Other exceptional shinobi who could deal with bijuu were kisame, the third raikage, Sasuke, Naruto, Itachi, etc. Hiruzen simply does not posses the necessary skills or firepower to deal with bijuu. If he did know hiraishin, as it was said he knows every jutsu in konaha, i believe he would have done it hisself against kurama, but again in the flash back there he showed barely anything. I believe Kishi over hyped him in part 1 with no idea how powerful his characters would turn out
